V Congress, a challenge that unites us
Argentina was designated Venue of the "V World Congress for the Rights of Children and Adolescents" application submitted by the Parliamentary Forum for Children in the REPUBLIC OF ARGENTINA, at the "Fourth World Congress for the Rights of Children and Adolescents" San Juan de Puerto Rico, between 15 and 18 November 2010.
Childhood, Adolescence and Social Change
The title of "V World Congress, San Juan-2012" aims to experts from around the world reflect on the reality of childhood and adolescence in the process of social change, in order to make a record of how the issue of childhood affects and is affected by the configurations of the family, public policy, educational institutions, media and cultural industry.
